If you’re looking for a great summer activity for kids ages 5-18, then the Stingrays are for you!

All swimmers participate!

“A-meets” are competitive. 

Participation is based on skill and results count toward team record.

“B-meets” allow all swimmers at all

levels to compete against other teams

in a meet environment.

Beginning swimmers are eligible to join the team.

Our coaches are experienced with years of swimming (at the collegiate level) and coaching under their belts.

Jr. Assistant Coaches, who are alsoon the team, work in the water with the youngest swimmers to improve their skills.

All practices and home meets take place at Sequoia Farms Pool at the intersection of Braddock Road and Sequoia Farms Drive.

Away meets are at local pools, not far from our community

Daily practices begin on May 31st in the afternoons, then shift to mornings at

the end of the school year.

Afternoon practices begin at 4:00 & 5:00.

Morning practices are held each weekday:

7:00 AM for 13-18 year olds

8:00 AM for 9-12 year olds

9:00 AM or 8 and under

We have 4 “B-meets” and 5 “A-Meets” this season.

Time Trials – Sat, Jun 11th

1st A-Meet – Sat, Jun 18th

1st B-Meet – Wed Jun 22nd

Divisionals – Sat, Jul 23rd

All-Stars – Sat, Jul 30th
